i’m just having some potato salad from work poisonally

i just had the new rigatoni rosa from noodley company for dinner!! i also had noodles (pesto edition) for lunch.... but not noodles for breakfast.

sometime soon i want a big bowl of Rice and Beef though... maybe with, some kind of sauce?¿

Ive been moving furniture around a bunch the last few days because my bed decided to disintegrate a lil bit + had to make new bed fit so I am rewarding myself with chinese takeaway. Two roast combination with soup noodles! With crispy roast pork and roast duck. Heck yeah.

lunch today was a homemade chicken burger with cabbage and mayo! I had gotten a thing of ground chicken on sale and didn't know what to do with it... when in doubt, make borger!

tonight i'm going over to my folks' place and i am going to bring this melon mozzarella basil salad that I like to trot out. I only make it with the honeydew + basil + mozz (and the oil and vinegar) because I think it looks better with just the green and white colors, plus we are having fried green tomatoes tonight....greendinner

Hummus on toast

i had a snack pack of pita crackers and hummus from work… waiting for a quesadilla now for dinner drool…

Today's lunch is homemade saag curry that I love because it's so easy and so full of iron.
Gonna donate blood soon and my body is constantly iron deficient so have to get it where I can.
